Chennai is the 4th IPL champion

 Under the captaincy of MS Dhoni, Chennai won the IPL title for the 4th time. CSK has been successful in lifting the trophy in 2010, 2011, 2018 and 2021. Chennai was the first team to reach the final this time, having been eliminated from the league stage in the last tournament. Dhoni has won nine of the 14 matches he has played in the league.

Dubai , Oct . 15:  Chennai Super Kings, led by Mahendra Singh Dhoni, is the 2021 IPL champion. Chennai Super Kings easily defeated KKR by 27 runs in the IPL final thanks to Faf Duplessi's superb batting and Chennai bowling. Kolkata Knight Riders' innings ended on 165 for a massive total of 193 to win. With this win, Chennai Super Kings won the IPL title for the fourth time.

Chennai Super Kings won the toss and elected to bat, scoring 192 runs for the loss of only 3 wickets. The opening pair were also favored by CSK in this match. The veteran Faf du Plessis made 86 off 59 balls and lost the last wicket.

Opener Rathuraj Gayakwad scored 32 while Robin Uthappa took 31 off 15 balls. All-rounder Moeen Ali scored 37 off 20 balls. This led to the first two hundred approaching the team.
KKR got off to a good start chasing the target set by Chennai Super Kings. KKR's opening pair of Shubman Gill and Venkatesh Iyer contributed 91 runs for the first wicket. Both players also contributed half a century. But apart from this pair, no batsmen have performed well for KKR. Favilion also lost wickets in the reverse. But eventually, Shivam Mawi and Luki Ferguson put up little resistance. But this did not cause any anxiety to Chennai. CSK has finally won by 27 runs. This means that Chennai Super Kings have lifted the trophy for the fourth time in IPL.

Batting in the Fail 's in Kolkata

KKR had the opportunity to lift the IPL trophy for the third time, if it was done to improve the batting blunder. Apart from openers Shubhaman Gill (51) and Venkatesh Iyer (50), none of Kolkata's batsmen stood in the crease for much longer. Nitish Rana (0), Sunil Narine (2), skipper Ian Morgan (4), Dinesh Karthik (9), Shakib Al Hasan (0) and Rahul Tripathi (2) joined the Kolkata team. Thus KKR had to be defeated.
