BANGALORE: Income Tax department officials on Thursday morning raided more than 50 places in Bangalore city. Income tax authorities have carried out raids on the homes and offices of businessmen and contractors. The attack has taken place at the homes of IT officials in Bangalore and Goa. This is the biggest IT raid in Bangalore recently. Officers have been searching for documents since early morning. Officials said the attack was carried out on charges of tax fraud to the government.
